Ashley has arranged for us to play a friendly against Barry Wanderers next Sunday at 2pm. The game will take place in Sully, be 40 overs a side and food will be laid on afterwards. Contact Ash if you are available and want to play. Ashley has also indicated that it is possibly to bring along partners and kids if you wish. Might make a nice afternoon of it.

After a few games of struggling for numbers it seems we have a full squad available for Thursday so obviously that means some people will be disappointed. A strong team has been picked as we find ourselves bottom of the table and the better players and those in form so far this season have got the nod. It isn’t expected but appreciated if those not playing come along and support the team. We won’t always have so many and squad rotation is in place so everyone should get their fair share of games this season when they are available.
Don’t forget – those who turn up but don’t play still get the 10 points available for their fantasy cricket scores!
